Cook
pasta according to package directions. Combine
½ cup of the cheese in a bowl with all other ingredients in a serving bowl and
mix well. Drain
pasta, add to mixture; toss to coat completely and serve. Serve
remaining ¼ cup cheese on the side to be passed and sprinkled on each serving.
NOTE: in fact,
the pasta is good with any variation on the ingredients listed. Another variation
is to use a mixture of butter and olive oil and just the cheese. |
